Jelly Pong Pong first ever flagship opens in London

Cult cute cosmetic brand Jelly Pong Pong opens its first ever flagship store in London tomorrow. The brand is part tongue-in-cheek silliness and part dream world with eye makeup called Single and Lovin' It and Gourmet Lip Therapy where sweet glosses are hidden between the pages of miniature books. The brand might be a bit girlie for some, but it is endless fun and never takes itself too seriously, which is refreshing (although the website is a bit hard to move around).

Look out for their new Trifle Lip Tints at the flagship opening. We say welcome to London and, more importantly, the up-and-coming beauty mecca of the West End... Covent Garden.

Our favourite beauty icon this week: Adele

If any of you caught Friday's Jonathan Ross, then you were probably blown away by Adele too. Her lovely red (ginger to my brethen in Blighty) hair and soulful voice made us look her up before the show even ended. Chasing Pavements has been our anthem since! You might be familiar with the other super-facialists in London (Sarah Chapman, Bharti Vyas, Vaishaly Patel, Una Brennan, Amanda Lacey et al). Keep an eye out for new talent too. Formerly Kirsty Mcleod's apprentice at the lovely Pimlico studio on Moreton Street, Monique knows her stuff and will have your skin glowing after one of her thorough facials.
